"This was a great place to be centrally located for a family trip in Kyushu province. I would happily go back. The hotel is right next to Canal City Mall which is full of great shops and restaurants. Across the street on the other side is the food stalls and night food scene of Fukuoka. It's clean and the hotel staff are kind and very helpful. Overall, it made for a great vacation. "

"This hotel is great and is targeted for younger tourists. There is no lobby nor front desk at the hotel and it was confusing at first but all staffs are very helpful. "

The front desk receptionist (Ms Wan 溫) has performed excellent services for our stay. She is very pleasant; friendly and helpful and has met with our satisfaction. "An affordable alternative to the Hyatt next door. But like the Hyatt, it's attached to the Canal City Mall, so it's got many food and shopping options in addition to the restaurant. Rooms are small, but affordable and the location is a very short taxi ride to Hakata Station. On a nice day, you can also walk to the station. There's also a bus stop in front of the hotel."
