As vegans despite advance notice and again on arrival we had to ask at every breakfast for soya yoghurts as these are not put out as choice for all residents who may prefer non dairy and again ask at every evening meal what was suitable to eat that did not contain animal products as they only had a vegetarian...

"Overall a solid good experience, but with some small tweaks it could be much better. Hotel is relatively new, clean and well-kept, nice fitness facilities, with beautiful pools and overview over an amazing beach (that is incredibly long, easy to get to Morro Jable via the beach) and never too busy. "Modern and spacious hotel, excellent location. Two large swimming pools and pool bar. Suites have a seperate lounge and bedroom. Excellent buffet with all inclusive and great gluten free options including beer."

"Was expecting there to be ‘more’ places to eat by the sea (we booked B&B) but most were inland and the usual Irish type bars - we prefer more secluded locally caught delicacies rather than pizzas and chips but it’s ideal if that’s your sort of thing but it’s not ours. However, there was a lovely spa close by and hiring a car we were able to view stunning scenery from the mountains!"
