"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. The hotel is very large made up of lots of sections with a free train bus at certain times to get around. We walked all over and it’s a very well kept lovely looking resort. "Lovely clean spacious apartment. Kitchen has everything you need. Bedding/towels changed every 3 days. Staff friendly and helpful (2 issues which were both fixed within a couple of hours). Pool area clean and plenty of sun beds. Apartments near train station and Mercadona. 5/10 mins walk to beach and restaurants/pubs/shops etc. "
