"The staff present when we checked in were very kind and professional. When we needed to change rooms due to a climate control issue, the process went smoothly. A backup roll of toilet paper is what I think should be in the room, there was not. One of the bath towels appeared to have been folded while it was still damp, we didn’t expect that..
