"The lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and she got us right in. The day we checked out, we left for an appointment early in the morning and came back at 10:30 a.m. to get our stuff and check out. The key card had already been deactivated and we got locked out of our room. We had to go back downstairs and have the man reactivate our key card. He said they deactivate close to check out. The card should not deactivate until 11 since we need to get...

"From the moment I checked in (Theresa checked us in and she was amazing) until we checked out, we had a wonderful experience. I have 2 children with autism and while checking in, the lady was so kind and understanding. The hotel is in a wonderful location with so many dining options within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The pool was a definite favorite for my kids. The hot tub and pool were both kept up well. We will definitely be booking here again!! "
