"Lovely new house with new carpet and floorings. Unfortunately the furniture wasn't new and the sofa was badly stained. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived and there were no dishwasher tablets. I contacted the management team but didn't get any response. The garage was full of various items so that we were unable to use it for the car. There were no instructions with regards to check out procedures. "The location"

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful luxurious house overlooking the Waikato River. There was a safe swimming area in the river and a hot tub. The house was spacious, with all amenities inside and out bbq etc. inside outside stereo sounds , awesome tv viewing. All amenities provided and more just needed to turn up with bag clothes. Big enough for family or couple. Host with the mostest as well."

"The place was very clean, stocked with breakfast foods and a few treats, with comfortable beds and nice shower. While we were there the place was quiet. The back yard would be nice to use but we could not due to the rain. Overall a great place to spend a very inclement day. We recommend t heproperty."

"The room was very clean, and homely the staff were amazing able to help with everything! We did have trouble with the aircon saying it was on but nothing coming out and when the cleaners came in they didn’t refill the toilet paper Overall a really good experience and definitely will be recommending "

"We were very happy with our stay. Super convenient from the airport (we took the very short bus ride). We easily fit 4 of us (including our bags and a travel crib for our youngest) for one night. It was a bit tight perhaps but totally fine. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again."

"The hotel was beautiful! Loved the room size, decor and arrangement. The shower had great pressure and was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice sitting area to enjoy a bottle of wine. The only thing I would suggest is that the room carpet be vacuumed to be free of crumbs, sand and hair. "
