Lovely hotel

This hotel is very nice. Possibly the best room i have stayed in that was not a 5*. Leonardo hotels are doing a great job taking over poor hotels and making good.

The hotel from outside looks promissing. People working there are not really attentive or try to help you. They don't even want to listen to you. Wi-Fi works in bed but not near the window. The rooms tablet was not working, we were told it will be checked tomorrow but we stay in the hotel one night. Then we were asked but for what we need it. Then you ask but why it's there then. Breakfast variety is good but warm food was all cold. During check-out when asked if all was to my liking and we said 'well it could have been better' they did not wanted to hear what was not OK. Would not go back there if traveling to Frankfurt.

The hotel is lovely and staff were helpful. Took us 2 mins to check in and the room was nice and spacious. Only downfall was I couldn’t get the heating on it was only AC available and we had come from a very long day out in the cold and needed some warmth but other than this would stay here again for the price as only about a 10min train journey to central Frankfurt

Nice hotel, would recommend!

Very nice hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Only downside was a slight smell of sewage from the bathroom (in fairness it seemed to be affecting the area rather than hotel specifically), also single beds were quite small.
