"Not sure how you rate a hotel like this...it is not a 5 star resort and you certainly aren't paying for that but it is basic and very clean and the rooms are comfortable. It is in a great location with two good restaurants adjacent. Probably the top 3 restaurants. Parking can be challenging so plan accordingly. Meaning don't wait until dinner to park your car. I recommend paying the difference to get the water view rooms. They are small rooms but again clean and recently updated."

"Low key property. Nicely maintained grounds. Inviting pool and pool area. Simple menu breakfast included, not a buffet. About 1.5 miles to the part of town with restaurants. The rooms are a little dated but fine and clean. Bed was comfortable. Culebra in general is not a touristy destination. Flamenco beach was magnificent. A rental car or motorized cart makes it easy to get around. This is not a posh hotel or island but it is beautiful and relaxing. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. We’d stay there again. "

"What an absolutely wonderful property with fantastic hosts. You can really tell that Mike and John love what they do and they love to share Vieques with their guests. From the moment you step through the door you feel like you are being welcomed home. Everything from sitting down with you upon arrival and going over the map, to the honor beer fridge and the impromptu concierge service, you know that you are somewhere special. Judging by the devoted community that continues to stay here trip after trip, I would guess most people leave feeling the same way. Leaving this place is never goodbye, only see you next time, because you will be back. Now for the technical details. The room comes with a beach bag and beach towels for your use. There are also plenty of first come, first serve beach chairs and ice chests which we made good use of. The shared spaces are laid out beautifully and include a full functioning and stocked kitchen, a grill, dining areas, the honor beer fridge, and of course the pool. Two seperate courtyards with tropical flora highlight the outdoor spaces. The room was clean and charming, adourned with thoughtfully curated touches of decor. The rooms had the perfect balance of being a comfortable and private landing pad for the evening but not so much to keep you inside on vacation. The shower was hot and refreshing. The neighborhood itself felt very safe and was walkable with good bars, restaurants, groceries, and shopping all within walking distance."

"Beautiful property. It has unique artwork all over on the inside of the rooms as well as the outside of the building the pool overlooks the mountains and ocean. The rooms are brand new and also very beautiful and unique!"
