"This is a real gem The amazingly fluffy towels, the super soft bed linen and the beautifully cooked meals.
Plus the super friendly staff, especially the bar man, owner of the lovely dog Guinness who showed us to our room and looked after us in the bar. All in all a great place to stay."
"Staff were good and room was big but overdue for renovation as the condition was very tired with plenty of wear and tear on it especially for the high price point."

"Nice room, clean and well presented.
But the TV was broken on arrival, someone had tried to rewire it and got the connector the wrong way around. Staff couldn't help as they were not technical and as there was no other rooms available I had to stay there (to be fair they offered me a free breakfast to make up for it).
But no water, no fridge, basic tea options. "
"Clean, nice shower, cheerful service and especially the 24-hour food service (not pricey room service), just a menu of food you can get downstairs at any time day or night."
"Very nice property and location. Would recommend for any large family/ friends trip around Inverness and Loch Ness area. Clean, comfortable, warm and very easy instructions for check in. Ideal for self catering with all the kitchen requirements you could ask for. Great property."
