Staff seem happier and less corporate pigeon holed to their jobs. Wide beach with trees!!!! and landscaping!!! unlike the sterile grounds of larger more expensive hotels. Details like small and integrated put put golf.. old school shuffle board.. hammocks and well maintained bathrooms.. All of this is in a relaxed tropical island...
