"We only had 2 issues. I requested a fan for 2 days. Finally got one on the 3rd. 2 of the elevators did not work for a day and with 11 floors, that is inconvenient to wait for an elevator for 20+ minutes. Other than that, the staff was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. If you need guest services, you will need to go to the lobby since the phones do not work in the rooms. "

"Clean, modern, well kept. I felt very safe and it’s located right smack dab in the middle of everything- we could walk, bike, drive, use the L, or cab to all the places we wanted to go. Definitely will stay here again. Already recommended it to friends who are planning a trip to Chicago."
