"Five star service Giorgio!!! Concierge was amazing and very helpful. Downstairs bartender was great. Hotel is a little far out from the center but totally walkable to almost anywhere. The hotel rooftop view was magical. They had a live band during sunset to make it an unforgettable evening. Our room was spacious. The bed could use some work very hard and not to comfortable. The aesthetics in the room were true luxurious. I loved it and will stay again this October."

The staff were very helpful, and we took advantage of the shuttle service multiple times. Slept wonderful here after a long flight. Definitely will stay again in the future!"

They had a mini bar, room service, pillow service, and laundry service, which was all very convenient. It is right by a market if you need anything and right next to the tram/bus station, so transportation was easy. "
