"The location is closed to the main cable car station, just 3 mins walk. Very clean and comfortable. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. "All was good except we found some broken glass on the floor which a friend's 3 year old daughter managed to put in her mouth thinking it was snow/ice. Pool area very nice, good hot tub area. View was of a car park and petrol station rather than mountains as described but COOP was handy for food, as very well stocked."

"We picked this hotel as we were driving through the Alps returning to Munich from Zermatt. It was a one night stay and unfortunately we did not know that the day of our check out was the day they close for a break before the winter season. "Hotel is perfectly located right next to ski lift, bus stop and rental shops. Very comfortable rooms. My biggest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond helping me after I injured myself and needed a lot of assistance, outside of normal hours too. Would not have been able to function without their support. "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Adula. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were a great size and very comfy, and the breakfast every morning was wonderful with plenty of options. "We stayed for a few days in early June at the Cresta in Flims. It was a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out we felt welcome and at home. The room was great and spacious, breakfast was delicious and had many choices - but what really stands out is the staff of the hotel. They all were very friendly, helpful and made us really feel welcome. We would for sure come back to Cresta if we are in the region again"

"I travel all the time and this location in Flims ( next to LAAX ski resort) was one of the best. The hotel staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home. The attention to detail for skier is great—the early morning breakfast to get you on the slopes on time. "Absolutely wonderful stay at Postresidenz am See. It was great to see the new hotel having stayed in there in the late 80’s. The interiors are beautiful, our family suite was gorgeous with the most stunning lake views. Location is excellent you can practically ski/board to the door of the hotel. We can’t put into words the standard of the food it was a taste explosion ever single evening and the most beautifully presented food we’ve ever eaten with great children’s options too. Breakfast again was fantastic with lots of choice. The spa is wonderful to relax after a long day on the slopes We will definitely be back and booking again for next year! "
