"We were not able get the front desk coordinator name he was a nice gentleman that was there on February 5,2026 around 11 am he went over in beyond to accommodate our stay. With myself being an operations manager of a hotel his overall welcoming was amazing."

"I havnt been here since I was 8 and my parents had their wedding reception. The place is GREAT in 2025. Restaurant gets an a+++ as did our Sunday night bartender. What could set the place apart from be great to excellent is in the smallest of details. Everything seemed clean and well kept… until we got in the elevator. The hotel was low traffic during our stay, so this wouldn’t be the excuse. The elevators looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. This is being picky because the place is gorgeous. But when you have a beautiful hotel, something like that sticks out in a painfully obvious way. Our room was huge with scenic views. "
