"The Be Poet is a very central hotel, close to sites, shopping and dining. The buffet breakfast was good. The toiletries provided included shampoo and body wash, cream and hand soap. "This is a comfortable and very well run hotel. The staff are polite, professional and very well trained. Even though they provide an airport shuttle, the hotel is just an easy 7 or 8 minute walk from terminal 1 at the Lisbon Airport. If I were passing through this airport again and needed a hotel at the airport, I would stay ant the Melia again without hesitation. And, the price was very reasonable. "

"My stay was very pleasant. I got housekeeping every with fresh linen. The fitted sheet, pillow case and the duvet covers were changed everyday. The staff were courteous and friendly. They allowed me to check in early with no additional costs because they saw that I was tired from traveling for the last 24 hours. Room service was great. The bathroom and bedroom were cleaned to my standard. I would stay here again"
