"Every thing went fine. We had a small suite with the bedroom in the loft. Fine for us, but it would not be so for many. The spiral staircase looked like steel but was a heavy duty plastic. Very squeaky. The woman working there was helpful and let us check in early as we were not aware the checkin started at 5 pm. Quite unusual to be so late. Breakfast was nicely presented."

"We arrived late in the evening and called our hosts they gave checkin instructions over the phone and all the info we needed for our stay. The apartment was lovely and beautifully furnished and stocked. The bathroom was clean and well appointed. I highly recommend staying here. The only concern one might have is there is no elevator, it was no problem for us but could be. The whole building was incredibly beautiful and so quaint. "

"Beautiful Chateau but a moment of panic when told to enter the Seniors Living Home in the same grounds. This should be clearer in the description. The reception and pool/sauna, bar and breakfast are in the Senior Residence. This said everything was perfect and very comfortable. Only a few issues, the shower went cold very quickly for both myself and my husband. Also, extra pillows for the bed and some instructions for the TV would be great .
