"We got the executive package, free use of lounge.. lovely snacks etc..tea, coffee, and then alcohol between hours of 5.30-7.30 pm.. perfect breakfast! Nice hotel in the centre of Leeds. Staff great too"

"We stayed for one night,the room was lovely very clean,the bathroom had everything we need even a shower mat .overall cleanliness was very good .the staff were very friendly and advised us what we could see in Harrogate.The breakfast was very good but not as hot as I would have liked. Would definitely stay there again."

The only negative was that I couldn't turn the shower on but, had I stayed longer than one night and reported it, I'm sure it would have been rectified."
