"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. "We love the room, the size and look of it. Absolutely loved the hot tub. We found hair in the tub which wasn’t a huge deal but I hate hair especially when it doesn’t belong to me and it was a bit inconvenient that there was no mini fridge—my husband has medication that needs to be refrigerated and I just assumed all hotels have one as I have never been in a hotel that did not have one.
