"Lovely little hotel, great host, very friendly, clean and comfortable room, we chose this hotel because it was Pet Friendly and it didn’t disappoint, the only negative is no evening meals, but you can drive into Lanark 4 miles away where there’s a great choice, there’s also a small supermarket opposite. "I stayed at this hotel just for the 1 night, it is central and only 10 minutes walk to both railway stations. The breakfast cost £14 which I feel is bit more that I feel the selection was in comparison to other hotels.
The rooms were comfortable and spacious and would book again for sure. "

Went down to restaurant and again all staff were pleasant and nothing was an issue. Food was amazing and not overly priced. I went for the soup and smash burger. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had.
It’s worth noting that the breakfast was advertised at £22 when booking so declined offer. Arrived and upon check in, breakfast was £12.00?
