"This place is so chic, great place to stay in Lisboa and is closed to everything! Breakfast is included and is very complete, with a piano playing during the breakfast time. "Stayed here for 5 nights recently during our trip to Lisbon. This hotel is an excellent location which is very convenient to walk around or to find a taxi. "Hotel itself was very clean, staff responded fast through message so we could enter in with code, the actual room it’s safe as someone would have to go through 2 coded doors and a locked door or climb 6 stories, the outside was definitely on a sketchy road people were staring so make sure to look at your surroundings and the people at ALL TIMES. I probably wouldn’t go alone, other than that the room was amazing for the price and bed was very comfty! "

"Really liked the room in this property. Was exceeded clean. Great location. My only issue would be that there are loads of stairs (not mentioned before booking) with one small lift that could only take one person at a time and also took an absolute age to go up and down."

"I liked that the room was sparkling clean and updated. I wish they were more accomodating with an earlier check-in. It's a drag when you've flown in overnight. However, the manager was very kind. In fact, he's holding my coat until I return as I ran out for the bus to Nazare."

"This is the most adorable place you can imagine, right in the heart of Chiado. The rooms are compact (European style) but the view of the river and city street is marvelous. The front staff was incredibly friendly. Note that there's no lift so you may have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs."

"We loved our stay at Upon Lisbon! The hotel is perfectly located next to the Benfica stadium which makes it very easy if you are attending a game. The hotel is a little farther from the city, so if you want a more central hotel don’t choose this one. Overall, I really loved the hotel and would stay again! "
