"Very nice large room (jr suite). Awesome staff. Sixth floor involves stair to top floor (elevator goes to 5th) staff helps in needed. So close to everything.. meet tour groups around corner. Quiet room, great mattress. "

"The staff was amazing! They helped with restaurant recommendations, and things to do and see. They were able to outsource laundry service for us and help with anything we needed. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the room was very small, we did not have much space to open our luggage and store our things. The location was amazing, just outside the doors there are restaurants, shops, and walkability to the main square. Lisbon surprised us with so many amazing food...

"The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "

"Comfortable appartment for family of 4 with AC and kitchenette. The apartments are close to Praca das Flores, a small park/square with restaurants and a kiosk and a wonderful place to have a pre dinner drink. Other than that it is agreat place to start exploring the city either on foot or by public transit"
