The ambiance just simply classic and pays homage to the history of the city and country. The breakfast ensure that you include in your package and yes the staff were amazing. "We really enjoyed our stay was greeted by a very friendly member of staff who was very kind gave us a tour of the place told us all the important information that we needed to know. It was just a great place to stay would highly recommend you can use the kitchen we had a lovely room the bed was so comfortable. A very nice and safe neighbourhood don’t forget the comfortable shoes you will need them. Overall we really enjoyed our time here 😊"

"Spectacular hotel with impeccable service. Views are stunning and garden is an oasis in the middle of Lisboa. Only complaint is that some of gym equipment is dated and could be updated (rickety old ellipticals and quite noisy)."

"Loved it! A bit dark inside the actual hotel but the room was perfect for a girls trip. We did the family suite with two bedrooms. The suite was super spacious. We loved the location because it wasn’t in the middle of everything but a quick walk to coffee etc. "

"This is a brand new property. It is very convenient for walking incLisbon's historic area. Nuno, the property manager was amazing. We had to return to Canada for a medical emergency and the hotel management were very accomading with our reservation. We look forward to staying again."
