"Very nice staff and the food is excellent. The room is spacious and clean but we’ve been a bit disappointed by the bathroom, the shower and hair dryer look like the one there are in hospitals (shower without curtain or wall, it’s hard not to flood the bathroom, hair dryer mounted to the wall). There was no TV remote in the room, we haven’t been given the password for the wifi neither. Overall it’s a nice place to stay for a ski trip and we would definitely recommend the restaurant, but we think...

"On the day we booked the hotel, the reception had been closed since the afternoon. We went to the hotel to check in in the evening, but we couldn’t enter. We became panicky. Then I found the hotel had emailed me about it and left the code for the entrance etc. you don’t usually imagine that the reception is closed, so I didn’t check the email from the hotel before arrived there…The hotel explained that this sort of thing doesn’t happen usually. The rest everything else’s was good!"

"The beautifully designed and furnished hotel still had a casual, welcoming feel. The owners live on site and are very polite and helpful, interested enough to feel engaged but not intrusive or nosy. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel and we appreciated the full-sized toiletries. The only negative thing I could say about the place is that there is a bit of road noise if you have the windows open. "

"Extremely friendly and helpful lady on the reception desk called Monia greeted me with a lovely smile on arrival and was very helpful also the next morning at breakfast. She was what made me give all the five stars!! The room was absolutely fine except the pillows which were not comfortable and could be better quality….."

"Very friendly staff, we stayed here because they have EV chargers. Good: They worked, bad: didn't work that well but at least they worked. The hotel was conveniently located for our roadtrip. And the main town was only a few mins away to get some food. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our needs"

"We arrived after 1400, reception staff Mon existent. A cleaner helped us inside via the restaurant, still no reception staff! 10 mins later a member of staff arrived. Room not ready, no chance to eat in restaurant as full that evening. Other hotel restaurant in vicinity also full. Advised to go into Clusaz and try our look there! Balcony had 'view' of blank 2 storey wall, not hills or lake as detailed. Hotel is undergoing extension building works to finish in June 19."

"Chalet was perfect for family of 4, and the swimming pool a bonus for the kids. Ski bus stop was very close, and its a beautiful area. On the listing the map shows the location as Les Esserts which was wrong - however in the end we were glad we were down in the valley on the outskirts of Morillon. In the mornings we got the ski bus to the telecabine, and after skiing generally walked back to the chalet which took about 15 mins. This was only possible as we left our rented skis in the hire shop...

"Je n’ai pas l’habitude de laisser de commentaires, mais j’aimerais vraiment éviter que d’autres personnes se retrouvent dans la situation dans laquelle nous avons été. À notre arrivée, le chauffe-eau était éteint et nous n’avons ainsi pas eu la possibilité de prendre de douche après une journée de randonnée avec notre petite fille de trois ans. All in All a Satisfactory Experience

"The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. Anyway, we checked in with a very kind and warm receptionist. The accommodation was adequate and good value for money; the location and day time views of Lac Leman were magical. Only the bed was a little uncomfortable due to the age of the mattress. The security deposit of 416 Australian Dllars seemed a little high for just 2 nights, and it took a week to be refunded. "

"We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms are impeccable, the spa, the pool and the general atmosphere is very relaxing and very welcoming! We liked the service, especially at the bar and the buffet style restaurant La Veranda.The only slight disappointment was the fact that we were not able in 5 days of our stay to book a dinner reservation at Les Fresques. The lady at reception was not helpful at all. Overall, we had a great time at this resort and this little inconvenience did not hinder our vacation. My recommendation for the hotel management would be to have more transparent communication with guests, providing them with suggestions for day trips, local attractions, more dining options and sightseeing."

New, stylish pleasant hotel.

"A very nice hotel, quite expensive, but it is nearly new so everything is clean and tidy. The self checkin was broken, so we had to speak to the helpdesk, the were very efficient. The aircon was good. The breakfast was good, I love their scrambled eggs. Was quite close to the lake. A very quiet place, I would use again."
