"terrible check-in, I booked 2 economy rooms, and the staff tried to give me one economy condo stating that this is equal to two rooms, I refused, and then they gave me rooms without AC, then I pointed out to them it cleared say in the website that there is AC, finally they gave me 2 rooms, the bathroom is tiny, the toilet seat is literally attached to the shower wall on the left side, you can not sit properly on it, the elevator was not working, I tried to cancel the reservation, unfortunately,...

"Bir gece konakladık. Görevli personel kibar ve ilgili idi. Otel genelde biraz eski olmasına rağmen temizlik konusunda iyi. Özellikle yatak çarşafları temizdi ve yatak rahattı.Halılar, bataryalar ve duş içi yenilenirse daha iyi olur düşüncesindeyim. Otopark olması tercihimizi etkiledi. Düzce küçük bir yer, otelden 5-10 dakikalık bir yürüyüşle merkeze ulaşılıyor. Ayrıca otelin altında, yanında da marketler bulunuyor. Sabah kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. "This property is a gem! It’s not on any great tourist route or stop but it is well cared for, exceptionally clean, well run and exactly as advertised. The staff are all amazing. The room was nice. Room was good but there was a stench in the bathroom that was not pleasant, however, management fixed this so all in all we very pleasant surprised with this only being a 3 star hotel. If I should have any complains it must be that the hotel did not have an lift in the properties for people having difficulties walking the stairs. "
