"The hotel and staff are excellent and we love staying there. The only reason for the below excellent rating is becathey are renovating so the pool area is not open and the gym facility is very small compared to previous stays. The breakfast dinind area has been changed and is much smaller and tight to walk around and fewer choices to choose from, however still very good food! We will definitely stay there again and hope to see the full renovation done soon!"

"Excellent! Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel, friendly helpful staff, good food at cafe and restaurant, location is central. Rooms are the best with and comfy beds, top notch and spacious accommodations and bathrooms are wonderful. I always stay here when I am visiting the area. Thank you"

"Yes, there was a bit of noise in the rooms because of renovation but they already inform us and it starts after 8 o’clock so it’s fine"

"Great location if you are visiting Intramuros, Fort Santiago, and the nearby museums and park. The room was spacious however, the AC was a bit loud. Nearby area has many options or food and shopping."

"I stayed here for two nights and it was fit for purpose. The location isn’t great but it is centric. I walked around as late as 2:30 am, lots of people sleeping on the streets nearby (not at the hotel block but a few blocks away). Very busy area which makes it safe. Great staff and spacious room. Overall convenient"
