"We’ve stayed here many times and love it. My only complaint this time is the pools heater was not working. It was freezing one of our main reasons for staying there was so our kid could use their indoor pool. You know it’s cold when a kid can’t stay in it! We mentioned this to the front desk and they told us they were waiting for a part to fix it. I’ll call to confirm next time to ensure it’s not freezing "

"Hotel was ok. I main booked because i wanted to relax in the hot tub before bed and it was not hot. More like a warm bath. We were only in town for the night for my sons hockey game so just wanted to relax. Hotel was good and quiet and breakfast was good."

"I stayed for a long weekend and they were hit with over 4 feet of lake effect snow. Staff especially Scott was amazing. He handled people as best he could given no rooms were available. I booked an extra night in case it kept snowing. Hotel had no issues giving refund but expedia did. Took me over a week fighting with expedia to finally get a refund. I will definately recoment the hotel and will stay again"
