"Wir sollten uns vor Ankunft telefonisch melden. Leider war die in der Bestätigungsmail genannte Telefonnummer nicht korrekt und verwies auf eine Bandansage. Auf dieser Bandansage war die neue Telefonnummer inklusive Versprecher und Korrektur hinterlegt. Leider wusste im Hotel niemand von unserer Reservierung. "I liked the property firstly because of central location. There good restaurants, supermarkets around the hotel. Also there is great public transport, trains, underground and buses. The hotel also provided lovely breakfast. Our room was clean, available on time and staff was brilliant. This was a second booking with them. Will definitely book if staying in Paddington "
