"It’s good for the money. We were worried after reading some of the reviews, but the place was actually really clean. No roaches. Clean sheets. There is TV upstairs and downstairs, No smart TV but we used our phones. It does need a bit of renovation, but if you want the Ritz it’s across the street. The pool area was clean as well. "Loved it. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Full size kitchen. Had washer/dryer ( did not supply detergent but easy to pick some up at nearby drug store). Food options available within walking distance. Bedroom was huge. We would not hesitate to stay again. "

"Helpful staff and front desk. The only issue is that the name of this Marriot is very similar to the other Marriot on 255 Biscayne where I should have been attending a conference. Names should be different for each location. "

"The room was incredible. Great Day. That was super comfortable. The layout was great for a Group setting, and the view is incredible. Ward, breakfast was pretty blended. Coffee is horrible. And the pool areas. Not very relaxing. Overall, the room was definitely worse. The price."
