"We were in town for shopping and visiting friends. Staff was courteous and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Rooms need a little TLC. We left our first room because it wreaked of cigar smoke. We moved out of our second room when the heating unit would not work properly. Room #3 was comfortable and as I said staff was apologetic and helpful, but items like broken window shade, broken towel rack and loose floor tile need to be addressed. We will stay here again."
