"Our room was large with a big bathroom. A lot of the floor tiles were however cracked and the lighting was poor. In fact a standard light didn't work. Wifi was fine and breakfast was good. The main negative was that the gym was closed for refurbishment - this really should have been advertised whilst completing the booking. Access to Elche by foot was excellent."

"It is a beautiful hotel, an oasis, rooms in an orchard of palm trees. The only thing needed is that some rooms needs certain repairs and updates. The cobra palm tree is a must see."

"It was ok for the price. Bit of a musky smell in the room, aired it for a day. A little better but still there. Used by workers who leave at 6am and unfortunately, even though they are trying to be quiet, every door open and close can be heard. We looked out over waste land, which was a nice view. We didn't realise how close to the airport we were. First time in a Hostal, sort of what we thought it would be, cheap and sufficient. Bed was very hard."

Easy access to the super beach Most of the local restaurants had started to close down early November so be aware of this. "
