Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, son un equipo de personas que ayudan en todo lo que necesites, aconsejan sitios para ir y lugares para comer siempre con una sonrisa y una simpatía impresionante. "Beautiful property, my friend and I only stayed one night but both of us found the property to be really lovely. We both thought it would be a great getaway place. Especially nice if your with a significant other"

"This is an excellent property in the Picos de Europa park. The best reason to book this hotel are the hot springs. You get one 40 minute session per night which is very relaxing after a day of hiking. These are natural hot springs flowing from the outside, with many different water massage areas, as well as a sauna, steam room, onsen, whirlpool and cold rinsing pool. They also have along outdoor pool if you want to swim. The second reason is the location. You are between Fuente De and Poncebos. There is no better location to reach each of these in 1 hour, plus Potes, Sotres and Bulnes. Covadonga lakes are another 30 min, but beware private cars cannot go to Covadonga. You need to leave your car at a parking lot and they have taxis to take you the rest of the way. Besides location and hot springs, the hotel is very good, comfortable bed, excellent staff and great breakfast. They don’t have a coffee/tea kettle in the room. You need to buy that at the bar, but the waiter brought it all the way to my room. I would only say that they need to completely renovate the bathrooms, they are very old"

"What a beautiful hotel & superb location. But that is not the best thing which is Javier, mine host, who was simply brilliant. Fantastic local knowledge & always willing to spend time sharing it & helping where possible. Maps, advice, loan of equipment - he has it all covered. Lovely continental breakfast on the terrace. Rooms immaculate & daily cleaning. Bedroom views to die for. Nothing but praise for a superb stay"
