Beautiful setting in a limestone gorge with a river flowing through it. Better than a white noise machine! There are hiking and mountaineering trails in the immediate vicinity. As a vegan, I appreciated that they included both a vegan and vegetarian option on the dinner menu. The thermal pools and the baths (balneario) were lovely. Donā€™t forget your bathing cap!

The hotel was run down and in need of a remake. But itā€™s poorly built from the start, the painting had not been done under the curtains and the general finish was as if they had run out of money before the building works completion. Our bath had a algae sealant around it, as did the shower. The food was absolutely atrocious, I have never experienced such bad food, they couldnā€™t even cook potato chips, the chef must of trained in a prison. As travelling in COVID times we needed Wi-fi for our travel forms which just crashed and never returned. The spa was shut but looked ok but for the general tiredness, probably from being in lockdown and unused. This hotel has the potential to be excellent but for the food and Wi-fi that will not happen. The staff were friendly and helpful. And if it was a staff review they would get a 9/10 but they are not the problem, the food and general lack of maintenance is.

This property takes you to a trip to the past. It is located among the most breathtaking views of the Picos de Europa. The Spa circuit is nice, we really enjoy it. Something is missing with the food, after travelling around Spain, we can tell their meals have a lack of taste and quality. But if you are planning a trip to Potes or go throug this beautiful Mountains, I will recommend a night here.

La estancia ha sido excelente. Todo muy bonito y el servicio del personal muy profesional. Las instalaciones en relaciĆ³n con la calidad que se espera de este tipo de hoteles. El circuito termal maravilloso. Las termas nocturnas una experiencia genial. Lo Ćŗnico negativo es la falta de alumbrado en el recorrido de dichas termas ke dificultan un poco l avisivilidad para moverse en medio de la noche. Mi consejo es que deberian pensar en seƱalizar mejor el recorrido con algĆŗn tipo de luz indirecta. Por lo demĆ”s todo perfecto.

La publicidad que le han dado no se corresponde con la realidad. Por un lado, la habitaciĆ³n estaba bien y el personal de limpieza con el que pudimos hablar fue muy amable. Sin embargo, en general, deja mucho que desear para ser un alojamiento de 4 estrellas. DeberĆ­an cuidar mĆ”s los detalles y formar mejor al personal. En cuanto al balneario: grupo demasiado numeroso para el tamaƱo de las instalaciones. El agua se siente muy bien pero no dan informaciĆ³n al respecto. Los precios de la cafeterĆ­a son desorbitados. El sandwich de 15 euros me perseguirĆ” en mis pesadillas. AdemĆ”s, el alojamiento no incluye desayuno, que son 17 euros mĆ”s por el "buffet".

Soy cliente hace aƱos y en esta ocasiĆ³n la habitaciĆ³n era peor q en otras ocasiones. La 316. No tenĆ­a baƱera y se escuchaba el ruido de extracciĆ³n de humos. AdemĆ”s en el baƱo la ducha estaba muy baja no siendo cĆ³moda para una persona de 170 cms. El grifo del lavabo estĆ” un pco suelto y se mueve. Por lo demĆ”s el personal muy atento y amable; Y el restaurante con calidad como siempre.

En premier lieu nous recherchions un balnĆ©ario pour profiter des bienfaits d'une balnĆ©o et de ses eaux mĆ©dicinales. la situation gĆ©ographique est Ć©galement intĆ©ressant, bien situĆ© pour visiter ce que nous souhaitions visiter dans cette rĆ©gion. L'hĆ“tel est atypique, un peu dans son jus" de sa reconstruction , et nĆ©cessiterait, Ć  notre avis, une amĆ©lioration du confort des chambres et salles de bains. La balnĆ©o est agrĆ©able, bien que souffrant de quelques problĆØmes techniques, qui provoquaient des variations des tempĆ©ratures de l'eau mĆ©dicinale, et donc une perte de son bĆ©nĆ©fice santĆ© potentiel; la restauration est Ć©galement un peu alĆ©atoire; les petits dĆ©jeuners Ć©taient simples mais assez complets, des souhaits culinaires Ć©tant facilement satisfaits par le personnel; les repas trĆ©s majoritairement des "demi pensions" devraient ĆŖtre amĆ©liorĆ©s, Ć©tre un peu qualitativement "affinĆ©s",.

Alles in Allem war es gemessen an der Hotelkategorie ok. Das Zimmer war gut. In den Betten konnten wir gut schlafen. Das Gesamtkonzept mit Spa Bereich ist sehr gut. Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders im Hallenbad Bereich mĆ¼sste mal was fĆ¼r den Korrosionsschutz getan werden und anschlieƟend ein Maler seine Arbeit verrichten. Die Lage ist fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge und Wanderung ideal.

En general la estancia fue satisfactoria. El desayuno un poco limitado para u hotel de 4 estrellas. La cena, con un menĆŗ cerrado estĆ” bastante bien, ya que cuidan los detalles. En relaciĆ³n a la amabilidad del personal, podrĆ­an ser un poco mĆ”s amables y empatizar mĆ”s con el huĆ©sped, especial atenciĆ³n al personal de recepciĆ³n, era un poco frĆ­o y distante. En cuanto a la habitaciĆ³n, una reforma de los baƱos no vendrĆ­a mal. El grifo de la baƱera no funcionaba correctamente, era prĆ”cticamente imposible regular la temperatura del agua, de repente salĆ­a frĆ­a como te quemabas la piel y se notaba el paso del tiempo. En cuanto al sistema de acceso a la habitaciĆ³n, disponer todavĆ­a de llave y un llavero grande madera con los tiempos que corren... y mĆ”s cuando tienes actividades como el Spa o la cueva nocturna que tienes que ir con la llave y el llavero por todas las instalaciones con el riesgo de perder la llave o que otro usuario pueda acceder a tu habitaciĆ³n. El entorno es muy tranquilo e ideal para desconectar.

Nos ha gustado bastante poder disfrutar en pareja este momento Pero es verdad que algunas cosas personalmente mejorarĆ­a En el circuito sacarĆ­a una hora adult, para que los que vayan en parejas o los adultos puedan estar sin niƱos Luego lo de plus de nocturnidad para las cuevas exterioresā€¦ Y con pensiĆ³n completa no entra bebidas, y pone que agua, vino de la casa y pan siā€¦ pero bueno Por lo demĆ”s una experiencia increĆ­ble, las habitaciones son una maravilla, desde la cama que es lo mĆ”s cĆ³modo que he probado en muchos aƱos, hasta la habitaciĆ³n que es perfecta Tuvieron en cuenta que mi pareja era celiaca desde que se lo dijimos en el primer momento y en cada comida tenĆ­amos al camarero ofreciĆ©ndonos alternativas y trayĆ©ndonos productos que no estaban en carta para ella, por ello un 10/10 a los camareros que eran de lo mejor! El circuito, estĆ” muy bien, pero lo que he comentado antes lo mejorarĆ­a cantidad, ya que la Ćŗltima media hora, aunque hay un cartel que pone no bucear, habĆ­a 4-5 niƱos jugando a salpicarse y a bucear šŸ˜… La cueva es una maravilla es sĆŗper romĆ”ntica y muy recomendado Me quede con las ganas de coger algĆŗn masaje, pero estuvimos viendo las instalaciones y tenĆ­a pinta muy pero que muy chula, espero poder volver y quitarme esa espinita Grabe la experiencia para YouTube asĆ­ que prĆ³ximamente subirĆ© un videos hablando del viaje, que por supuesto recomendare encantadamente
