"My daughter and I went for her birthday weekend. We arrived late (after check in), we communicated with the hotel prior and this was ok. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. It was a very easy and smooth check in. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, happy and very helpful. We felt safe. The accommodation was basic but great and it had everything we needed, it was clean too. The shower and hairdryer was powerful. "Nice hotel, clean and tidy. Our room was exceptionally spacious. The main living area had a comfortable sofa and well equipped kitchen area. The bed was huge, and equally comfortable. A small number of rooms are overlooked by the road so offer limited privacy and suffer some noise from an adjacent bar although this ceased at midnight. All in all very happy with the hotel and would be happy to return "

"The staff were amazing, friendly,helpful and they sorted any issues straight away. There were always cleaners around throughout the day. The housekeeping was brilliant. The view's were beautiful. The only downside for us as a family is the hotel is up a steep hill. Its withing 25 minute walking distance to Fabàbe beach and then into other areas which is a decent walk. But we would have preferred to be closer to the main areas if Costa Adeje etc. The food choice was very limited so we ate out...

"This is a really quiet couples and family location. The balcony is huge and especially the top floor, really private with sun beds. Very nice cafe on site, with a really healthy breakfast option. Its a really good location as a base to hire a car and see the rest of the island. Really nice village/ beach location near by. Los medano is just one. "Loved the peaceful location and surroundings. Pools were lovely as was the pool bar. Very close to large Mercadona and lovely walk to town and beaches. The uphill walk back was a challenge but kept us fit. The apartment was clean but very dated. Would need a new kitchen. Beds not very comfortable "
