Room was truly comfortable and huge compared to other hotels. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was magnificent, everyone was so nice! "

This hotel is an ideal base for business travelers and tourists exploring the El Paso region. The check-in process was seamless, with the front desk staff displaying that warm Texan hospitality from when I arrived. My room on the first floor was spacious and immaculately clean, featuring modern furnishings, comfortable double queen-sized beds with premium linens, and a well-maintained bathroom with excellent water pressure. A+++++ The hotel's location proves to be one of its most substantial assets. It is near I-10 and provides easy access to El Paso International Airport (just a 15-minute drive) and the city's major attractions. The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso and several authentic Mexican restaurants are within a short driving distance, making it convenient for shopping and dining excursions. The complimentary breakfast exceeded the usual continental fare, offering a diverse selection of hot items, including fresh coffee and waffles. The coffee station remained well-stocked throughout the morning, and the breakfast area was consistently clean and organized. The amenities deserve an honorable mention and the staff was kind and friendly trough out my 10 day stay ! Highly recommended "

"This is one of the very good Motel 6's. This is my second stay. Well maintained and clean. Microwave and fridge. Great prices. I've stayed in other '6 that were unsafe, dirty dumps. No comparison to this property!"

"I travel a lot for work so when I come into town, I stay for about a week to two weeks at your location, depending on what my job requires, but my second day staying there this time, the lady at the front desk wad very rude and very unprofessional. The second I walked in to renew my stay for the second day. She said “aren’t you on the DNR list?” and I said “no why would I be?” when she looked me up I wasn’t even in the system at all because my last stay there was over a month ago. I’ve never given you guys any problems anytime I stay there. I keep the room very clean and I don’t leave a mess when I leave. And I don’t give you any problems and like I said every time I come there I spend my hard earned money there and I stay for a whole week to two weeks. So when she looked me up in the system to renew my stay for the second night my name didn’t even come up in the system And instead of apologizing she just said “oh I probably confused you with someone else@ that was very unprofessional and it made me feel uncomfortable. so after I renewed my stay that day I left the following day and moved to a different location uo the street. My whole thing is if I was on the DNR list Why would I be allowed to stay the previous night? Don’t you think the person that checked me in would have said that? she should have checked the system before making an assumption like that before even looking my name and reservation up. I am a loyal customer and I did not appreciate being treated like that."
