"My wife and I stayed at Luna Palace for two weeks and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very nice, quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful and they work tirelessly to keep the property spotless. The kitchen in our suite was functional but a bit light on utensils/specialty items (a minor quibble) so bear that in mind if you have specific culinary items you depend on. We liked the property location which was close to many shopping and dining options, and close enough to make the Golden Zone accessible without being 'in the thick of it.' The pool area was very nice and they had daily music and activities that made relaxing by the pool fun and entertaining. The staff were all great and a special Thank You to Nelly at the front desk who went out of her way to assist us and was very helpful. This was our fifth trip to Mazatlan but first near the Golden Zone (previously stayed in the Marina Area) and we really liked the more central location, walkability and overall 'vibe' of this property. You really felt like you were in a little hidden tropical paradise, and we will definitely be returning to this property. Highly recommended and a big Thank You again to all the great Luna Palace staff. "
