"LOVED this place in Madrid! We had it scheduled for the midpoint of our vacation so we could do laundry & it worked out perfectly. Staff was great, room was very large and clean, had an iron & ironing board in the room & was in a safe location. The only downside was the noise across from us - from a popular square - was at all hours of the night. That was a bit rough, but everything else was great. They have a great rooftop bar as well with amazing views."
