I was surprised to find upon my evening arrival that the hotel parking was not secure in a parkade down the street. I was told the parkade was connected to the hotel but when I entered the stairwell access it was occupied by drug users. Had so walk out of the parkade and down the street back to the hotel.

Room was very old. Fitness room has no cleaning supplies and not very equipped. There was no valet parking, you had to park next door , very dirty.
