They picked me up from the airport, got me checked in smoothly, set up my shuttle back to GYE the next day, and even gave me recommendations of what to see since I was only there for 1 night. The hotel is attached to the Mall Del Sol and your room key gets you in through a secure entrance. Definitely check out the mall! The buffet breakfast was next level! For only $12 you get a wide variety of Ecuadorian foods, more traditional US style breakfast items, breads, fruits, omelet bar and more. I. The US, a buffet like this could easily cost $25 and now offer 1/2 as many options. You get great value for your money! I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Definitely a great hotel! We were just staying for one night on our way to Galapagos. The hotel driver was waiting for us at the airport (as requested), quick check in, clean room, great amenities and very good bar/restaurants. The hotel staff is amazing too! Definitely coming back again (this was my second time at this hotel!). "

"Nice hotel with plenty of food options around it and the access to the lounge on the executive floor was a plus. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that our suite had 2 full bathrooms. The only negative comment will be the lack of enough towels in the room, only 2 for a reservation for 3 adults. We got additional towels delivered upon request. Nice short stay on a very safe location. "
