"Located just off the boardwalk, this little hotel has the friendliest staff - they greet you every time you come in and are always asking if you need anything and willing to give advice on restaurants and activities... plus your room is always so clean! My only complaint is the tight parking lot and it would be nice to have an A/C in the bathroom."

"After booking I read mixed reviews online and was a bit nervous for our stay, but once we arrived my concerns were quickly gone. The property is located in a great spot right off the beach and within about 5 minute walking distance from plenty of food and stores. The outdoor and indoor pool were open and clean and in good condition. We had a city view room in the second building and everything was great our room, sheets, and towels were all clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my first time in ocean city, Maryland and definitely plan on returning and staying here again! "

"The hotel itself is a bit dated but it is clean and well maintained. We had an ocean front room on the 2nd floor and the location cannot be beat. I would stay here again. The room was nice and cool and the hotel was quiet. It is just a few steps to the boardwalk and beach. There were a few hairs in the shower/bath but other than that it appeared clean - the microwave, refrigerator and freezer were all clean and functional. The vinyl and carpeted surfaced were clean. The bathroom was small but there were only 2 of us; the proximity of parking was great - felt safe. The sunrise from the balcony - that’s what I paid for."
