"Location was fantastic. Close to everything. There is major construction next door and our room was facing so a bit loud (I had earplugs so didn't mind). Staff was friendly but need to practice to either multitask or politely stop people from chatting. We waited for 10 mins in a line up at the front desk while the only front desk person chatted with a guest about salads. We ended up leaving and returning later as well as another gentleman because it was taking too long. "
