Walking by smokers outside the front entry is annoying. Woke up 7am by construction work being done on the building. Would have been nice to have been told this .The hotel in general is dirty and needs a good cleaning

My favorite hotel when traveling with my teens. Along with the fantastic location for their Hal-Con weekend, the suite was beyond expectations. Every staff member I met was beyond friendly, professional and welcoming. Six out of five stars.

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the restaurant. The free breakfast was not so great, as the eggs were over cooked and dried out and the tater tots shattered when you tried to stick them with a fork. We also dropped in one evening into the lounge looking for a drink and a possible dessert and waited close to 15 minutes, but the 2 people hiding in to back were not concerned about serving us, so we left.
