"Checking-in and was welcomed by incredibly friendly staff. Checking-in was easy, key card access to all the rooms and elevators made us feel very safe around the building. The room was modern with a good view of downtown, bathroom doors were a pain to deal with as they didn’t close completely. The bed was not very comfortable and they left us with very little blankets. Overall great experience having a restaurant and bar, and good cafe on the main level. Would come back again! "

"They did not clean the parking lot after it snowed. They did not clean/salt the sidewalks until almost everyone had already left. Limited breakfast for ppl with food allergies (celiac)"
