" Our stay was overall a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. We especially appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere. However, one major disappointment was that the big water slide and hot tub were out of service during our stay. These amenities were a significant reason we chose this hotel. Despite this setback, we enjoyed the other facilities and had a nice time. If these features are fixed and consistently...

"Was very nice place except the air dont work.... They charge 2 times the amount that u have to pay and second when u call them they are very rude and money hungry WILL NWVER GO BACK AND ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO GO TUERE THEY WAIT A WEEK TO CLEAN AN EMPTY ROOM.. Very rude people and I am hiring layers for them to refund my money!!!!! "
