"Nice area and hotel is an average business hotel. The catch was the Air Conditioning didn’t work. When I walked into my room it was about 28 C with one window to try and cool it. Given that, it is the best option in Elbistan. "

"We stayed at the Salih Bosna Suite with my sister and it was beyond perfect. The decor was breathtaking and just peaceful overall. The balcony overlooked the Sabanci Merkez Cami and Taskopru. We are from London but originally from Adana and just wanted to escape family for a few days and we do not regret it. :) The hotel staff were very professional and accomodating. "The fitness facility was terrible. Old and broken equipment. The staff was smoking in the spa are despite the sign saying “no smoking.” The room was hot and i was unable to cool it. The shower was warm, not hot. The staff was nice at the desk. The breakfast was not very good. I have noticed Wyndham resorts are no longer nice. Whenever I goto a Wyndham resort, they are broken, old and in poor condition. Wyndham resorts have a very low standard for their properties. "

"We had an issue at check in that we were hoping to get resolved. The General manager Suat, personally handled the situation. He was polite and very courteous as was all of the staff. The staff was always engaging and hospitable. The grounds and walking paths are impeccable. This is definitely a family resort, so if that’s what you are looking for, it’s perfect. "

" I recently stayed at the Artes Hotel in Hatay, and I must say, it was a remarkable experience. This hotel is pretty much the only one in the area still standing after the devastating earthquake in 2023, which is a testament to its solid construction and resilience. "A brand new hotel with lovely outside pool. Could be outstanding if a few issues were addressed. Only a very thin blanket was provided for bed cover. Not warm enough. Breakfast was poor. No cereal, toast, fruit juice or coffee that you expect everywhere. The airconditioning could not cope with heat coming in the window so room.was uncomfortably warm."

"Brand new hotel with a very stylish decor. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Breakfast is ok if not outstanding. ( really bad coffee at breskfast. Something that would have been easy to fix). Pillows are very large and uncomfortable. And the pictures of a beach at the booking site are very misleading. The hotel is nowhere near a beach. "
