"loved the large lobby area and the bar beside it--we had over 20 people in our group and could get together there-it was a nice historic building--carolines staff served our wedding group and was fantastic--front desk people were great-- just had problems with our keys not working and our room was cold---down to 55 in a.m. the a.c. kept kicking in around 5:00 a.m. but we lived through it!"

"Got there at 2:18 P.M.Told that check in wasn't until 3 PM. So by time we checked in at 3 PM. There was a line of 15-20 people to check in. Suggest maybe just check them in, and tell people that you will check them in, but please allow until 3 pm since just finishing cleaning all the rooms. Only 1 check in person, and everyone was waiting and had a line for about 1 hour of people waiting to check in. Great value for a clean hotel, and you got free breakfast, coffee, free parking.
