"I would agree with other reviewers that the open areas of the hotel at times did feel like a hostel however the room was clean and updated. The parking was convenient and simple to access. The staff were all kind, friendly and helpful. I ended up staying two nights because it was a short drive to the Freccia Nel Cielo resort and lived up to my standards for cleanliness and safety. I would recommend this hotel!"

"We stayed at Franceshi Park on a recent ski trip to Cortina with friends. Great location for buses to the tram (Tofana) and gondola (Faloria), very easy walk to town, great breakfast, excellent bar and restaurant, interesting spa area. The rooms are a little dated but the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Overall, great value and excellent experience."

"5 star experience staying at this location. I will stay here again when I return to Cortina. Anything in the room that we had a question about or needed help with, the hotel staff responded immediately. We stayed here for 5 nights and upgraded to a suite with a balcony view of Tofana so that we had more room to spread out. Even though there was a busy street below it was very quiet and comfortable. "The best characteristic about this hotel is also it's worst facet, it's location. The location is right in the heart of the town, easily walkable around town. That's why we selected it; however, there are also bars right out front and loud and screaming teenagers woke us up at 2am more than once during our stay. One time the police was the only thing to break it up. Rooms are simple but clean, nice balcony, breakfast is also simple but satisfying."
