I believe my room had mold. I discovered it when I dropped an item on the side of the sink. When I bent down to retrieve it, I discovered a black substance that I beleive it to be mold. I took photos. It was room 410, and not the room that was on my receipt.

Fine for an overnight due to a missed flight. Located near a major highway, so traffic noise all night if you're on that side of the building. Rooms are clean and well-kept; the heater works, and the shower is fine.

The only reason this gets 1 star is because from Dec28th-Jan1 i never had hot water and always had low water pressure. They offered to change my room, but friends in other rooms had the same issue. The staff was friendly the food at the bar area was good. 10min from airport. Consistent and prompt shuttle. I was promised some type of compensation so we shall see. If the water worked like it should have then it would be 5 stars.

Hotel rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The one thing i didnt like was no complementary breakfast. The breakfast they have avaliable is $20 dollars per serving! On a family of 4 is an easy $100! Way to expensive and inconvenient.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the airport, making transitions from the airport to the hotel and back seamless. The check-in staff was outstanding—kind, responsive, and professional. Since I had business the next day, I wasn’t in my room for long. However, on the day of my checkout, I realized I needed to iron a shirt. While there was an iron in the room, there was no ironing board. I called the front desk and spoke with Tamaya. She informed me that her shift was ending, but she would pass my request for an ironing board to the oncoming guest services staff arriving at 7 AM. I explained to Tamaya that I needed to be ready to leave by 8 AM. By 7:30, there was still no ironing board. I called the front desk again and was informed that my request had not been communicated. I could tell from the tone of voice that the information had not been passed on. I was then told that someone from engineering would be sent with the ironing board. It arrived at 7:35, and Brandon from engineering was apologetic and professional. He saved the day, especially since the front desk staff member was alone and unable to bring the ironing board!

Excellent service, clean rooms, friendly staff. However, paying for parking is ridiculous and it should be included in the rate. Also, breakfast should be complimentary..period. The food quality is no different than a free breakfast at a comfort inn. Overall good hotel, but they take any opportunity for a money grab. I will keep that in mind in the future.

Staff was very nice and gave us warm cookies. Had a cheeseburger in the bar area which was delicious. The shuttle driver was very informative about catching our international flight the next day. He said Uber was better rather the shuttle and then a bus.
