East London hotel rooms a the GLH Hotels

"Hello, 12/26 to 12/29th 2024 First, SHOT OUT TO ASH- for his great customers service was always ready with a smile to assist and accommodated me and answered any questions I had during my stay. PROS 1. Breakfast was good. 2. They Have Starbuck's in the Lobby. 3. A few steps to Tower bridge. 4. I had the Tower Bridge view from my window. 5 They had a strip of different food venders and Wine--don't kn if it's all year round but on my stay in Dec 2024 CONS 1. No fridge IN the room 2. No laundry...

"Tony, the concierge was excellent . He made my family and I feel at home. Latecia, who is one of the servers was awesome and extremely helpful! My stay was exceptional and I when I return to London, I am going to stay here again! Just lovely!"

"The hotel is located close to ground transportation facilities and 10 minutes away from subway stations. The room is average size for European hotels and clean.The breakfast is okay, except it’s the same every day. Our problem was the noise. Every day, early in the morning and after 10PM someone was dragging some big containers (our room was facing the back of the building) and the noise was unbearable. Not too bad for the price we paid."

"Within walking distance of Canary Wharf Underground station entrance, which means you can board the Underground at Heathrow and go straight there with only one change. Unlike a lot of other London hotels, this one doesn't have the "use card key to turn on electric power" card thingy. Breakfast buffet is pretty good; if you're used to US hotel breakfasts you may find the eggs more runny than you're used to, but otherwise there's a very good selection."

"Everything was excellent, but I was disappointed they turned the beautiful view beside the pool to a studio instead. It was gorgeous the way it was. Everything else was a 10"
