"Very standard decent room. Low water pressure shower. Thin walls and noisy neighbors. Cramped parking garage. Outdoor pool and hot tub were closed (too bad). 17 to 30 minute drive from downtown even though theoretically close. Bland, nothing standout, but inoffensive "

"Thermostat were difficult to reach due to a blocked hanging lamp. Hard to read the screen to adjust the controls. Bar fridge isn’t working and the plug should be separated from the bar light switch to allow it stay on at all times to keep it cold. "

"Room was very clean. I think any hotel ought to offer free, decent coffee in the lobby in the morning, and this one does not... just the uber expensive Starbucks. Location is good. Nice that room gets "refreshed" every other day. Parking Fee of $12 per night is excessive."

"The room was clean and spacious. There was some type of plumbing issue because the toilet would make a backed -up noise very loudly ever so often, which would freak me out and the shower had water flowing out of a small crack in the wall. It was overall a good stay."

"was a great 1 bedroom with kitchen. convenient to downtown and Ball Arena. parking was offsite, but near. my only complaint was there was a plug in air "freshener" - I hated the scent and it triggers allergies for me. I unplugged it and put it on the balcony. if we had spent more time in the apartment it would have been an issue, but we had a lot of activities that took us out. "

"I love Sonder, and try to stay at their locations whenever I travel. So, I know they’re usually on top of things. This room however, had someone’s used soap bar still in the shower on top of the shampoos, and had q tips next to the bed. I felt it wasn’t cleaned properly, but I’m hoping this is just a one off situation. Also wish they had salt/pepper like at my last locations.
