We loved eating at Apple Blossom. We had the best servers you could ask for! They made our trip to be honest! We loved how friendly they were and how willing they were to share their favorite spots. We will be coming back for sure!

The check-in and check-out process was seemless. The lobby and common areas were heated which was a blessing in that cold weather just outside the front doors. I lost my roomkeys which had my room number on the cardholder and was unsure where or when it happened. The front desk personnel assisted with no hesistation. I prefer to not have my room cleaned during my stay therefore i am unable to attest to the housekeeping department activities.

Overall we had a good experience, but there was some room for improvement! Did not get housekeeping services after requesting them from the front desk the day before, but staff were helpful with anything we asked for and knowledgeable about the area.

Lobby is beautiful and front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was ok. But super soft/squishy and not the most comfortable. No complimentary water for the coffee maker (they charge $4 in the lobby), and the incredibly LOUD door to the bathroom was awful. Everytime my husband used the bathroom at night, it sounded like a freight train to open and close the sliding door. Probably wont stay here again.

They didn't have washcloths in the bathroom and half a roll of toilet paper in our bathroom when we got there. The staff was very nice except for the girl with the glasses at the front. She won't look up from her computer to even acknowledge you when you speak to her, and just rude. The beds are mediocre at best. For a one night stay, I'd say yea and it's good for in and out, but for honeymoon couples or anniversary couples.
