"The entire facility has been updated and remodeled. The staff were extremely pleasant and the location is great for old town Klagenfurt sites and shopping. The breakfast buffet offering was robust and the fact that it was offered on the fifth floor with large windows overlooking Klagenfurt made it all the more enjoyable. Finally, being able to enjoy a sunset on the rooftop terrace was a great way to end the day."

"A modern hotel in the old city of Klagenfurt. There was a sporting competition going on and some of the families were staying at the hotel which made it fun. The staff were friendly and helpful. "

"I stayed here for two weeks I love it, the apartment has everything you need the only thing that was missing is ironing board and washing machine. The only downside was it was too noisy when you open the window because it was directly towards the main road however it was the best apartment I’ve stayed in that area it’s so beautiful decorated and clean and massive space, the reception was really friendly and nice"

"Great location near the train station. Ample parking if you need to park a car. Housekeeping kept the room clean daily. Bed was too soft, not good for my back. Aircon didn’t work properly when I was there."

"This property is located in a beautiful place, room was ok, and staff was friendly. However the hotel site and the ad are misleading and I will explain why. My friends and I were on a two week road-trip and this was our final stop before driving home to Germany. "Our stay at the Gasthof zur Post was all we could have hoped for. The Kramer family and their staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of fresh food on offer at the buffet with the option of freshly cooked items too. We only ate at the hotel on one evening but the food was very good - plenty of choices. Rooms clean and spacious. "The room was clean, large and comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. There was a serious inconvinience at check-in. We booked a triple room but we get a double one. When I expained it to the receptionist we get a triple room. The receptionist said the 3rd bed is not made but it will be made in some minutes. We returned to the hotel 8 hours later but the 3rd bed was not made so we had to wiait for it about half an hour."

"Great place for vegans and vegetarians, nice experience to try different kind of products. Surprise was that having half pension during dinner drinks weren’t included and we haven’t been adviced about it. Price 7,50€ for regular glass of wine was shocky to me in such place."
